Dear Colleague, Martin Weiss in a recent online article in “Money and Markets” observes that from 1800 to 1925, or about 125 years, the population of the world doubled. From 1946 to the present, or about 60 years, the population doubled again. The second doubling took half as long. We now stand at 6.5 billion people in the world. |
