Our Process Is Built for Reliability
Working with Archline.com, LLC means working with a team that prioritizes organization and clear expectations. Here’s how each engagement typically works:
Project Scope
We begin every job with a written scope that outlines deliverables and pricing.
Schematic Design Stage
ARCHLINE will develop the Schematic Design (SD) Stage for the Project, including views of floor plans, building elevations, and site planning for the Project.
Design Development Stage
Upon the ARCHITECT’S approval of the SD for the Project ARCHLINE will assist the ARCHITECT in the development of the Design Development (DD) Stage for the Project, which includes views of details and materials.
Construction Documents Stage
Upon the ARCHITECT’S approval of the DD for the Project ARCHLINE will immediately stop Work until further notice from the ARCHITECT. Upon the ARCHITECT’s written authorization to proceed ARCHLINE will immediately begin to assist the ARCHITECT in the development of the Construction Documents (CD) Stage, which includes views of detailed drawings establishing the requirements for the construction of the Project. The CDs will describe the quality, configuration, size, and relationships of all components to be incorporated into the Project.
Permitting and Pricing Stage
Upon the ARCHITECT’S approval of the CDs ARCHLINE will immediately stop Work on the Project until further notice from the ARCHITECT. Upon the ARCHITECT’s written authorization to proceed ARCHLINE will immediately begin to assist the ARCHITECT to develop Pricing and Permitting (PP) Stage for the Project. The ARCHITECT will estimate the Project’s construction cost, and submit the CDs to all the appropriate jurisdictions for permit applications. ARCHLINE will make all requested revisions to the CDs to accommodate requirements for PP.
